Trevecca Soccer | Four Trojans Named to G-MAC All-Conference Teams

INDIANAPOLIS - Trevecca Nazarene University placed three women's soccer players and one men's soccer player on the All-Great Midwest Athletic Conference teams.

For the men, Marlon Grossmann was named to the second team. Grossmann led the team with eight goals which is tied for the third most in a single season for a Trojan and was also good for seventh most in the conference. He also had two assists and 18 points, the seventh most in the conference and tied for the fifth most in a season by a Trojan. Marlon was eighth in the conference in both shots and shots on goal this year. Grossmann is also tied for eighth place in all-time career goals at Trevecca.

Grossmann helped the Trojans to a 2-0 start to the season and helped lead the team to a strong 2-0-1 finish to the season.

For the women, Abbigail Legg and Makena Schlosser are on the first team, and Skye Baun made the third team.

Schlosser tied the team lead with five goals, Baun added four, and Legg had one. Schlosser also had the team lead with 15 points, and Baun finished fourth with eight points. Legg tallied three assists, tying her for third most on the team. Schlosser also led the team in points with five.

Abbigail Legg has 12 career goals and 35 career points, ranking 6th on the career points list.

Makena Schlosser is now at 23 career goals, ranking fourth all-time. She has 10 career assists which are third-most all-time. Her 56 career points put her third most all-time as well.

Out of Skye Baun's four goals this season, three were game-winning goals.

The trio helped Trevecca start at a 4-1-1 in conference play. In addition, the 5-2-1 overall start of the season also was tied for the best in program history with last season's start. The seven conference team wins are the fourth most in program history. The trio also helped head coach Kelsey Cameron become the all-time winningest women's soccer coach with Trevecca's 2-1 win over Lake Erie College on September 17, 2022. Cameron is now 50-37-18 all-time in her sixth season at Trevecca. Cameron is 43-23-12 in Great Midwest Athletic Conference matches. Her 43 conference wins are moving up the ranks all-time in the league.
