MEDIA POLICIES

Credentials

All credential requests (broadcast, print, online, photo) should be submitted through the athletic communications office. Credentials are issued to certified, working media members only. Once issued, credentials are to be carried by the assigned media member only. Advanced notice with certification of said working media member, 48 hours, of attendance is expected.

Access clearance to non-designated press areas (locker rooms, dugouts, lighting canopies, etc.) or special requests (additional phone lines, internet access, workspace, etc.) at any Trevecca athletic facility must go through the athletic media relations office.

Interviews

Interviews with our coaches, student-athletes, and athletic administrators are encouraged but must be coordinated through the Trevecca Athletics Communications Office and requested at least one day in advance. Interview requests are granted after considering class, game, travel, mandatory off days, and practice schedules.

Team locker rooms, athletic training rooms, and dugouts are off-limits to media representatives at all times.

Phone interviews are possible, but student-athlete phone numbers will not be made available.

*Please do not contact student-athletes, coaches, or administrators directly.

Photographers/Videographers

BASKETBALL / VOLLEYBALL / STUNT
Photographers/Videographers
are permitted to shoot along each Trojan Fieldhouse baseline and the corners of the balcony for basketball. For volleyball / STUNT - the balcony and floor level corners opposite team benches are available.
BASEBALL / SOFTBALL
Photographers/Videographers are encouraged to shoot from the stands or safely outside the field of play at baseball and softball fields. No one outside of team personnel or Trevecca media relations are permitted in the team bullpens or dugouts without prior consent.
