Box Score CANTON, Ohio – The Trevecca Nazarene University men's soccer team (4-5-1, 3-4-1 Great Midwest) snapped its four-game losing skid Thursday by defeating Malone University (0-13, 0-9 Great Midwest) 3-0 at Pioneer Park.

THE MATCH
Facing the Pioneers for the second time this season, the Trojans did not disappoint. To start things off, Ben Singer blasted a ball past the Pioneers goalkeeper as the clock pushed into the 14th minute for the early advantage. The Trojans held true to their form and the lead was one at halftime. In the second half, the Trojans put a pair of goals in the back of the net. Jonas Grossman took a service from Michael Martey to strike for the second time this season. Grossman's 69th-minute goal would not be the last, however. Eight minutes later Grossman collected an assist on the volley from Michael Jones. Jones' 77th-minute goal closed the scoring for the Trojans who took all three points by a 3-0 margin.
