VIENNA, W.Va. - The Trevecca men's soccer team (5-6, 4-4 G-MAC) 1-0 at Ohio Valley University (6-4-1, 4-3-1 G-MAC) on Saturday at OVU Field.

Trevecca finishes the regular season with five straight home matches, four of those are key G-MAC conference matches.  

The Trojans host Cedarvile University (8-3-2, 5-2-2 G-MAC) next on Saturday (October 17) at 6 PM. The Trojans have never defeated Cedarville and are 0-7-1 against the Yellow Jackets. CU defeated TNU 4-2 in Cedarville earlier this season. The Jackets have won two in a row in the series. The teams tied 2-2 in September of 2014, a match that broke a five-match winning streak in the series for CU.

Ohio Valley picked up their first-ever win over the Trojans, TNU holds the series advantage 4-1-1 now. 

The only goal of the game came off the foot of Fighting Scot Ivan Pereira in the 69th minute (69:05) with an assist from Christian Galindo. 

Stephen Sherer (SO/Medina, TN) faced five shots and had four saves for Trevecca in goal. Carlos Rubio faced three Trojan shots and saved all, the team added a save on two other shots on goal from the visitors.
