Box Score NEW CONCORD, Ohio - The Trevecca men's soccer team (1-1-1) tied Ohio Valley College (1-0-1) 1-1 in 2OT at the Becky Fahey Invitational at Muskingum College.

Becky Fahey is the late mother-in-law of coach Danny Leavy. Fahey, the mother of Leavy's wife Kelly, was a well respected nurse who passed away after a bout with cancer. The tournament raises money in her honor for cancer research. It was a natural for the Trojans to play in this inaugural event.

Ohio Valley took the lead 1-0 with a Danny Fernandez goal at 43:57. The Fighting Scots held the lead until Trevecca tied the match at 1-1 with a Tyler Marshall goal at 75:06. It was the freshman's second goal of the season and his career. Richie Reichenberger assisted on the goal.

Neither team could score in either 10 minute overtime period.

Hayden Coffman was stellar in goal again for Trevecca, He saved seven shots over the 110 minutes of play. Spencer Widlicka had two saves for OVC and also played the entire 110 minutes in goal.

Trevecca had 22 shots while OVC had 38.  

Return home to face St. Catharine College (1-0) Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at the Trojan soccer complex.
