Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Trojan men's soccer team (3-5-1, 0-3 TranSouth) dropped a 4-1 decision to Martin Methodist (5-2-2, 2-2 TranSouth) Tuesday night at the Trevecca soccer complex.
Despite being outshot 7-2, the Trojans managed to forge a 1-1 tie at the half. The RedHawks had taken the lead on a goal by Anthony Hewitt in the 25', but
Tyler Marshall headed in a free kick from
John Sheets to tie the game in the 29'.
Unfortunately, MMC tallied three times on seven shots in the second half to put away the victory. Hewitt scored twice more to record the hat trick, and Andy Gordon added the final RedHawk goal.

Next up for the Trojans, their fall break trip to Florida, with matches against Southeastern University (5-4) Saturday at 6 p.m. and Warner University (8-2-1) Monday at 5 p.m.
