SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Trevecca Nazarene University STUNT team (18-6, 6-1 GLVC), ranked No. 7 in the College STUNT Division II Poll, opened the 2026 Great Lakes Valley Conference Championship with a 22-4 win over No. 7 Quincy University (6-10) on Friday morning at the O'Reilly Family Event Center on the Drury University campus.
Trevecca, the No. 2 seed, advances in the winner's bracket of the double-elimination tournament.

GM 1: Trevecca 22, Quincy 4
Trevecca established control early and maintained the margin throughout to secure the postseason win.
Trevecca scored two points in the first quarter and had a 5-1 edge in the second for a 7-1 lead at the half. In the second half Trevecca continued its advantage with a 4-0 advantage in the third and headed to the final quarter up 11-1. Trevecca again dominated in the fourth quarter with a 11-4 edge, sealing the 22-4 victory.
Quincy (6-10, 1-6 GLVC) moves to the elimination bracket.
GM 2: Purdue Northwest 24, Lewis 16
Purdue Northwest advanced with a 24-16 win over Lewis after a competitive opening before creating separation.
Purdue Northwest improves to 11-7 overall and advances to face Trevecca in the next round. Lewis falls to 5-9 overall and moves to the elimination bracket.
UP NEXT
No. 2 Trevecca faces No. 3 seed Purdue Northwest (11-7, 5-2 GLVC) at 4:30 p.m. CT on Friday. The winner advances to Saturday's GLVC Semifinals, while the loser moves into the elimination bracket.
Trevecca defeated Purdue Northwest 27-16 on April 14 at Purdue Northwest in Westville, Indiana, at H.D. Kesling Gymnasium during the GLVC Invitational. Trevecca leads the all-time series 2-0.
NOTES
Trevecca defeated Quincy 28-8 in the regular season meeting at a neutral site.
The GLVC Championship is April 3-4 in Springfield, Missouri.
The event serves as a qualifier opportunity for the 2026 College STUNT NCAA Division II National Championships, scheduled for April 23-24 in Nashville at Lipscomb's Allen Arena.
