NASHVILLE - Alissia Romeo of the No. 6 Trevecca Nazarene University STUNT team (12-3, 6-1 GLVC) is the Great Lakes Valley Conference Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sunday, March 1, 2026.
 
Romeo, a freshman top girl from Phoenix, Ariz., helped led the Trojans to a 2-1 with her power-point average of 32.667 for the week.
 
The Boulder Creek High School product helped the Trojans go 2-1 on the week, notching wins over GLVC foes #RV Southwest Baptist (12-0) and No. 13 Drury (28-17), losing only to the host, No. 5 Maryville (16-22).  
 
Romeo's week was highlighted by performances a 46-point effort against Drury and 33 against Maryville.
 
The Trojans, who are ranked No. 6 in this week's College STUNT NCAA D2 Poll, have earned two of the three weekly GLVC awards this season. Julianna Belzeski was named the first-ever GLVC STUNT Athlete of the Week on Feb. 19. GLVC is sponsoring STUNT for the first time this year.
