FULLERTON, Calif. – The Trevecca Nazarene University STUNT team (4-2), ranked No. 9 in the College STUNT Preseason Poll, continued its West Coast swing with a pair of wins in Hope International's Royal Rumble today. Trevecca defeated No. 10 Saint Mary's (2–3) and Northwest Nazarene (0–2).
GM 1: No. 10 St. Mary's 18, No. 9 Trevecca 24
The Rattlers opened the first quarter with a 4-3 lead. Trevecca evened the game at 8-8 at the half, taking the second quarter 5-4. In the third, Trevecca took control with a 7-3 victory, putting the Trojans ahead 15-11 going to the fourth. In the final quarter, the Trojans outscored the Rattlers 9-7 for the 24-18 win.
Trevecca leads the all-time series against Saint Mary's 2–0.
GM 2: Northwest Nazarene 12, No. 9 Trevecca 30
The Trojans dominated the first half with a pair of 5-1 quarter wins and led 10-2 at the half. The Nighthawks showed life in the third, but the Trojans maintained the advantage, winning 6-5 and building a 16-7 lead heading into the fourth. In the final quarter, TNU surged again, outscoring NNU 14-5 for the 30-12 win.
With a win in the first-ever meeting between Trevecca and Northwest Nazarene in STUNT, the Trojans hold a 1–0 series advantage.

The West Coast trip concludes Saturday, Feb. 7, with matchups against No. 6 Vanguard (1–0) and Fresno Pacific (2–1).
Vanguard holds a 1–0 series edge against Trevecca, and Saturday's meeting with Fresno Pacific is the first for the two schools in STUNT.
