NASHVILLE – The Trevecca Nazarene University cross country teams got the 2024 season started with the Trevecca Opener on their home course of Vaughn's Gap at Percy Warner Park on Saturday.
Both teams finished third with
Caleb Hinson finishing ninth for the men and
Remmy Arney finished tenth for the women.
The top five Trojan women averaged 20:26 while the men averaged 16:45.

The women started 8:00 a.m. and had three PRs as a squad.

The men started at 8:50 a.m. with a temperature of 66 degrees under partly cloudy skies and NNE wind of 16 mph.
The men placed third of four with an average time of 16:45 and a total time of 1:23:42.
UP NEXT
Both sides get a week off to recover and train further for the Rhodes Invitational on September 21.
