LOUISVILLE - The Trevecca Nazarene University softball team has a long history of high performance on the field and in the classroom. The academic success is reflected again with news the team earned the sixth best team grade point average among NCAA Division II programs with a 3.757 team GPA last year.

On the field, coach Ben Tyree's Trojans finished the 2024 season with a 47-15 record overall and a 23-3 Great Midwest mark. The team made the NCAA Division II Super Regionals for the first time in school history. The Trojans advanced to the Super Regional by winning their first Midwest Regional Championship. The team finished as the No. 16 team in the final NFCA Top 25 poll.
