First Team All G-MAC (2022)

2022-23

Played in 42 games and had 93 at bats this season ... she hit .237 and scored four runs on 22 hits ... had eight runs batted in.

2021-22

Played in 45 games and had 113 at bats this season ... she hit .327 and scored 21 runs on 37 hits ... had eight doubles and three home runs with 26 runs batted in ... she had 10 sacrifice hits which was second most in the Great Midwest and she had a slugging precentage of .478, a career high ... her on base precentage of .384 was also a career high.

2020-21

Hit .150 (3-20) over 21 games ... one of her three hits was a double which scored two runs ... drew two walks. 

2019-20

Played in 11 games and was hitting .176 (3-17) ... scored four runs and drove in two more ... connected for one double and drew three walks ... was a .235 slugger and had a .263 OBP ... the 2020 softball season was shortened on March 13 due COVID 19 with the #11 ranked Trojans on a three-game winning streak.

HIGH SCHOOL NOTES

Played for coach Reagan Ingram at Friendship Christian High School in Lebanon, TN ... hit .426 with 12 home runs and 42 RBIs last season ... made the all-district team and was a member of the TSCA all-state team in 2018. 

Sydney is the daughter of Jim McCormick and Sandy Shelton.
