Box Score NASHVILLE – The Trevecca Nazarene University Women's Soccer team (2-2-1, 2-1-1 Great Midwest) lost, 2-1, on the road at Malone University (3-2, 2-2 Great Midwest). It is the first conference loss of the year for the Trojans. The match was played at Bob Commings Field at GlenOak High School.

THE SERIES
For the first time in the six all-time meetings, the Pioneers claimed victory over Trojans. Trevecca's series advantage is 4-1-1.
THE MATCH
The match remained level 0-0 at the start of the second period, but Pioneer Andrea Fink scored unassisted in the 46th minute.
The hosts placed an insurance tally on the board, and what proved to be the game-winning goal, in the 58th minute when Sally Culig scored on an assist from Keeley Malley.
Trevecca got on the board with less than 10 to play in the match when Abbigail Legg scored with an assist from Madison Carby in the 82nd minute.
DETAILS
The goal is Legg's third of the season and the assist is Carby's third. The duo has teamed together on all three scores and assists this season.
Delayna Holman played all 90 minutes in goal and saved five of the seven Pioneer shots on goal. Jessica Morgan six of the seven Trojan shots on goal.
WHAT'S NEXT
Trevecca travels to Ursuline College (0-2, 0-2 Great Midwest) for a Noon match on Saturday. Heading into the fourteenth meeting, Trevecca leads the series 7-6 and are 2-3 on the road versus the Arrows. The Arrows are 2-1 over the last three meetings and 6-4 edge in the last 10 contests.
April 1st the Trojans return home to welcome Cedarville University (1-2-1, 1-2-1 Great Midwest) for a 7 PM match with the Yellow Jackets.
