THE MATCH
The first period produced just three shots on goal combined by two teams … two of those came from Trevecca, but Pioneer keeper Haleigh Seman saved both chances … the game winning goal came just six minutes into the second half when Abbigail Legg (FR/Panama City, FL) fed Gigi Ariola (SO/LaGrange Park, IL) in the 51st minute and Ariola buried her second goal of the season … the assist is the third of the season for Legg … Delayna Holman (SO/Shepherdsville, KY) saved both shots she faced in picking up her fourth win of the season and her 14th career win.
