NASHVILLE – Chris Lowe, a four-time all-conference performer who earned NAIA All-American Honorable Mention honors and finished his Trevecca baseball career with 326 hits and a .376 batting average, is a member of the 2026 Trevecca Athletic Hall of Fame Class.
Trevecca Athletics officially announces Lowe as a member of the 2026 Trevecca Athletic Hall of Fame Class.
The 2026 Class is scheduled to be inducted during Trevecca's Homecoming Weekend. The induction ceremony for the 2026 Class of the Trevecca Athletics Hall of Fame is set for Saturday, November 7 at 9:00 AM in the Boone Convocation Center on the Trevecca campus.
The 2026-27 school year marks the 125th anniversary of Trevecca's founding in 1901, adding significance to a Hall of Fame class connected to multiple eras of Trevecca Athletics history.
The 2026 Trevecca Athletic Hall of Fame Class will be the largest in Trevecca Athletics history, celebrating the rich Trojan history during the 125th Trevecca Anniversary Celebration.
A Goodlettsville native and Goodpasture Christian School graduate, Lowe played four seasons for the Trojans from 2006 through 2009 and earned all-conference honors in every season.
FOUR YEARS OF ALL-CONFERENCE BASEBALL
Lowe was selected to the TranSouth Second Team as a freshman in 2006 before earning TranSouth First Team honors in each of his final three seasons.
His career also included NAIA All-Region XI Team selections in 2007 and 2008, followed by NAIA All-American Honorable Mention and the Rawlings TranSouth Gold Glove Award in 2009.
Lowe combined athletic and academic achievement throughout his career. He earned TranSouth Scholar-Athlete honors in 2007, 2008, and 2009 and was named an NAIA Scholar-Athlete as a senior.
Across 233 career games, Lowe batted .376 with 326 hits, 215 runs scored, 48 doubles, 17 triples, 11 home runs, 186 RBI and 67 stolen bases.
2007 NATIONAL NUMBERS
Lowe produced several of his career-high marks during the 2007 season.
He collected 95 hits, scored 63 runs, hit 18 doubles and six triples, and accumulated 131 total bases.
His 95 hits ranked No. 4 in the NAIA, while his 63 runs scored ranked No. 8 nationally.
Lowe also earned NAIA All-Region XI and TranSouth First Team honors and was selected as both the TranSouth Player of the Week and NAIA Region XI Player of the Week on April 8.
His national statistical standing also included rankings of No. 12 in at-bats per game, No. 34 in hits per game and No. 48 in triples per game.
AN ALL-AMERICAN FINISH
Lowe completed his career with a .385 batting average in 2009.
He produced six triples, four home runs, 57 RBI and a career-high 22 stolen bases while serving as a team leader during Jonathan Burton's first season as Trevecca head coach.
His six triples ranked No. 15 in the NAIA.
The season resulted in NAIA All-American Honorable Mention, Rawlings TranSouth Gold Glove, and TranSouth First Team recognition.
Lowe also earned NAIA Scholar-Athlete and TranSouth Scholar-Athlete honors, completing a career that combined sustained athletic production with academic recognition.
CONSISTENCY ACROSS FOUR SEASONS
Lowe's career began with a .401 batting average and 31 walks as a freshman in 2006, earning TranSouth Second Team honors.
After his nationally ranked 2007 season, he earned another NAIA All-Region XI and TranSouth First Team selection in 2008 while batting .328 with five doubles, three triples, and two home runs.
He then closed his career with his All-American and Gold Glove season in 2009.
Lowe enters the Trevecca Athletic Hall of Fame with a résumé built across four seasons, four all-conference selections, two all-region honors, an NAIA All-American recognition, a Gold Glove, and career offensive numbers that place him among the accomplished players in Trevecca baseball history.
