NASHVILLE – Trevecca Nazarene University softball placed four players on the 2026 Gulf South Conference All-Conference teams, highlighted by Bailey Goad on the First Team and Sarah Kinderdine, Shay Hollingsworth, and Addy Grace Summers on the Second Team, as announced by the league.
The honors come after Trevecca finished the regular season with a 19-18 overall record and a 14-18 mark in Gulf South Conference play.
ABOUT BAILEY GOAD=
Goad, a freshman from Mt. Juliet, Tenn., earned First Team All-Gulf South Conference recognition after emerging as one of the league's top two-way players.
At the plate, Goad hit .359 across 35 games and 35 starts, totaling 37 hits, 27 runs, five doubles, two triples, three home runs, and 16 RBI while posting a .534 slugging percentage and .417 on-base percentage. She also stole six bases in six attempts and struck out only six times in 103 at-bats.
In the circle, Goad anchored the Trevecca pitching staff with a 12-8 record and a 3.54 ERA in 24 appearances and 22 starts. She logged 132.2 innings, recorded 11 complete games, and struck out 105 batters, ranking as the Trojans' leader in wins, innings pitched, and strikeouts. Opponents hit .280 against her during the season.
Goad also recorded two shutouts and helped lead a Trevecca pitching staff that finished with 19 wins during the regular season. She finished her freshman year with two selections as the GSC Freshman of the Week.
ABOUT SARAH KINDERDINE
Kinderdine, a senior from Murfreesboro, Tenn., earned Second Team All-GSC honors after producing one of the top power seasons on the Trevecca roster.
She hit .341 in 34 games with 33 starts, finishing with 29 hits, five doubles, six home runs, and 20 RBI while posting a .612 slugging percentage and .463 on-base percentage. Her six home runs ranked second on the team, while her 20 RBI were tied for second.
In the field, Kinderdine posted a .991 fielding percentage with 102 putouts and four assists while committing only one error across 107 chances. She also threw out four runners attempting to steal.
She finished the regular season strong with her best series of the season against No. 8 ranked Auburn Montgomery, hitting .667 with three runs, two doubles, and two home runs including a walk-off grand slam in the final game. This performance solidified her as the TSWA Player of the Week for the final week of the season.
ABOUT SHAY HOLLINGSWORTH
Hollingsworth, a sophomore infielder from Huron, Tenn., collected Second Team All-Gulf South Conference recognition after serving as one of the Trojans' most consistent offensive contributors throughout the season.
She started all 37 games and led the team with 44 hits while batting .355. Hollingsworth added 10 doubles, two home runs, 19 RBI, and 26 runs scored while posting a .500 slugging percentage.
Defensively, Hollingsworth recorded 69 putouts and 52 assists, helping anchor the Trevecca infield during conference play.
Hollingsworth earned the TSWA Player of the Week award in the very first week of the season for her performance in the Music City Invitational. She also added GSC Player of the Week honors in the same week.
ABOUT ADDY GRACE SUMMERS
Summers, a junior outfielder player from Nashville, Tenn., earned Second Team All-GSC honors after posting the highest batting average on the team during her best collegiate season to this point.
She hit .394 across 24 games and 21 starts, totaling 26 hits, four doubles, one home run, and 11 RBI while compiling a .474 on-base percentage and .500 slugging percentage. Summers also struck out only seven times in 66 at-bats.
Defensively, Summers finished with a .974 fielding percentage and 38 putouts, becoming a consistent anchor in the outfield.
Summers claimed TSWA Player of the Week honors the week of April 28 for her outstanding series against Lee. The weekend saw Summers accrue eight hits in just 10 at-bats with three multi hit games, one home run, and five RBI. Her late-season surge has been crucial for the team's overall push towards the postseason.

Trevecca, the #8 seed, opens the 2026 Gulf South Conference Softball Championships on Thursday, May 7 at 11:00 a.m. when they face top-seed West Florida in round one of the double-elimination tournament.
Trevecca enters the postseason at 19-18 overall (14-18 GSC) and looking to extend their 25 year streak of finishing with a winning record, while West Florida is 40-10 (25-8 GSC).
