Kate Purvis scored at 89:19 from Cristina Escudero's assist for a 1-0 victory, Trevecca's first win in a series dating to 2000. Charroin made eight saves. Anna Farrell and Bengtsson each scored twice and added an assist in the last-second 5-4 loss to Delta State. The Trojans erased a 2-0 deficit at Union with Katie Fuller's first collegiate goal and a late own goal, matching their comeback draw against Lincoln Memorial in the opener. Bengtsson's goal at 81:11 against West Alabama secured the point that, combined with other league results, clinched Trevecca's first GSC berth.

The regular-season finale delivered Trevecca's first win over Valdosta State. Freshman Olivia Perroni scored her first two collegiate goals, with assists from Riley Kate Collins and Isabella Mawson, who made her Trevecca debut. Kate Nelson added her first goal of the season from Evvy Hainline before Bengtsson scored from Kylie Bradshaw. Mary Bauchou made two saves for her first solo shutout.

THE PLAYERS AND HONORS

Farrell and Bengtsson share the scoring lead with six goals and 16 points each. Farrell doubled her 2025 goals and points. Both players tie for seventh on the NCAA-era season points list, and they give Trevecca its first pair of 16-point scorers since Katelyn Keogh and Abbigail Legg in 2021.

Bradshaw's three goals are the first of her collegiate career, and two are game-winners. She shares the assists lead with Farrell and Bengtsson at four and has 10 points after entering the season with one career point. Kayelee Maners has a Trevecca season-best seven points. Anny Mitra's three assists all came in GSC play, including two against Delta State.

Fourteen Trojans have scored, including Anna Allen with her first two collegiate goals. Addison Brandon leads TNU freshmen with two assists.

Bengtsson earned Tennessee Sports Writers Association Player of the Week on Sept. 9 after two goals and two assists against Kentucky Wesleyan and Thomas More. Dani Witsman and Charroin earned GSC Defender of the Week and Goalkeeper of the Week, respectively, on Sept. 29 following the Lee and CBU shutouts. Charroin made 13 saves across those two wins.

Charroin has 56 saves and two solo shutouts; Bauchou has three wins, 25 saves and a 1.45 goals-against average. Their shared Illinois Springfield shutout brings the team total to four. Bengtsson, Emma Burnham and Olivia Ulfvin also earned spots on the preseason GSC Newcomers Watch List.
