NASHVILLE – Ashlan Sensing, a senior on the Trevecca Nazarene University softball team, is a member of the 2025 National Fastpitch Coaches Associations (NFCA) Pitcher of the Year Watch List. 
 
Sensing, from Dickson, Tenn., is the 2024 Great Midwest Athletic Conference pitcher of the year has 94 strikeouts over 114 innings pitched this season and has 15 complete games. She's delivered only 16 walks and opponents are hitting .196 against her. 
 
Currently, Sensing leads all active NCAA Division II players in career complete games, innings pitched, wins, shutouts, and games started.   
 
Trevecca hosts Christian Brothers University in a Gulf South Conference this weekend. The series begins Friday at 1:00 PM.
