MATCH RECAP
Trevecca took a 7-3 lead to start the first set, but CBU scored seven-straight points to reclaim a 19-18 lead. A pair of kills by Kayla Bullard sandwiched around an ace by Isabella Sherrod to push the Trojans back in front, 21-19. A pair of CBU errors aided the five-point run, before Bullard's kill established set point. CBU added two points before Bullard's attack clinched the set, 25-21.

CBU fought back to win the next two sets, both at 25-21. Addison Cunnagin and Katilyn Grant combined for 15 kills in the two sets to lead the Trojans.

Trevecca built a 6-1 lead to open the fourth set. Cunnagin once again led TNU with five kills, and Grant had four, as the Trojans began to pull away, however an eight-point run pulled CBU back into the match, 20-18. Trevecca rallied to win the set, 25-22 on a Cunnagin kill.

The deciding set was all CBU early, but Trevecca out-scored the Bucs 8-2 to gain its first lead, 8-6. A pair of late attack errors put CBU back in front, 13-12, but Mackenzie Martin evened the set. After another tie, 14-14, Cunnagin's kill set up match point. TNU secured the match on a CBU set error, 16-14.
