NASHVILLE - Two Trevecca Nazarene University Softball Trojans are on the 2024 NCAA Division II Conference Commissioners Association All-America Softball team. Senior Kendall Andrews is the D2CCA Catcher of the Year and on the D2CCA First Team and junior Ashlan Sensing is D2CCA Third Team All-American.

The duo are key members of the 2024 Trojan squad which reached the NCAA Division II Super Regional for the first time after hosting and winning their first NCAA Division II Midwest Regional. The team accumulated many records and awards on the way to the most wins in the NCAA era and fourth most in the 33 years of Trevecca softball.

KENDALL ANDREWS | C - SR - 5-7 Murfreesboro, TN / Blackman HS / UT Chattanooga 

The University of Chattanooga transfer hit .387 on the year, scoring 59 runs, driving in 66 RBI, with 70 hits, 14 doubles, four triples, and 15 homeruns. Not only a run producer, but a scored 59 runs on the back of stealing 49 bases in 51 attempts.

The Great Midwest Player of the Year, finished with a 1.278 OPS, .757 Slugging %, and .521 On-base-percentage. She drew a record 51 walks and was retired on strikes just 24 times. She had a record 137 total bases.

ASHLAN SENSING | P - JR - 5-6 - Dickson, TN / Dickson HS  

The Dickson native contributed to the 47-win season in the pitching circle and in the batter's box.

In the circle, the Great Midwest Pitcher of the Year produced a 26-9 record with a 1.25 ERA. She had 29 complete games and 12 shutouts over her 218 innings pitched. She sat down 247 on strikes and walked just 35. Her WHIP of .90 is one of the best in the country.

At the plate, Sensing hit .349 with four doubles and three home runs with a .381 on-base % and a .472 slugging percentage. She scored 16 runs and drove in 22 RBI with her 37 hits.
