ALLENDALE, Mich. – The Trevecca Nazarene University track and field team concluded the Grand Valley State University Big Meet, competing alongside just over 100 teams and nearly 1800 athletes in the GVSU Kelly Family Sports Center.
The Trojans combined to set 20 new personal bests.
Zion Griffin finished ninth (of 101) in the 60m Dash with a 6.97 performance.
Lucas Baggott led the way for the men as he bettered his own school record in the 400m Dash with a 49.30. He finished second in his heat, third in the morning session, and 21
st overall.
Shane West finished third in his 5000m heat with a 15:39.80, better his time by a minute over his time last season at the Big Meet.
