2023-24 

INDOOR: Opened up his indoor season competing at the Commodore Challenge's 3000m in 10:00.17... ran the mile in 1;29.29 at the GVSU Big Meet... ran the 5000m twice, with his best time coming at the Ramapo College opener (17:40.81)

2021-22

INDOOR: Began his collegiate career at the TCNJ Invitational running the 800m in 2:16.65 ... produced a 4:53.77 in the mile at the Jud Logan Open ... finished the season at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Indoor Championships with a 2:17.77 in the 800m and a 4:55.23 in the mile.

OUTDOOR: Ran the 800m run in 2:20.69 at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge where he also finished the 1,500m run in 4:43.64 ... produced a 2:23.68 in the 800m run at the Rhodes Invitational where he ran his first ever 5,000m run in 17:50.94 ... lowered his 800m run time to 2:14.81 at the UAB Spring Invite where he also ran the 1,500m run in 4:41.02 ... at the Jim Vargo Invitational offered a 2:34.33 in the 800m run and a 4:52.68 in the 1,500m run ... ran a 4:34.71 in the 1,500m and a 2:22.03 in the 800m at the Rhodes 7-Way ... finished the season at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships with a 2:15.75 in the 800m and a 17:41.53 in the 5,000m.

HIGH SCHOOL NOTES

Alsup was named MVP during his junior year at Mississinewa High School. He made the regional qualifier both his junior and senior years. During his senior year, he was a semi-state qualifier.
