HOW IT HAPPENED
The first few innings were quiet for both teams, as neither could get many hits. Then, Lincoln Memorial got hot quickly as they tallied three runs in the fourth inning. Lincoln Memorial continued their momentum into the fifth and sixth innings as they tallied three more runs during that span to make it 6-0. The Trojans had more hits than Lincoln Memorial for much of the game but weren't able to capitalize as they were held without a run. Lincoln Memorial put the game away with four more runs in the eighth and ninth innings to make it 10-0.
