The Trojans scored seven goals for the first time in a match since the 2015-16 team collected results of 9-0, 10-0, and 12-0.
SEASON REVIEW
The Trojans dropped points in just a single match in the non-conference portion of their schedule before gearing up for seven league wins. The Trojans did not disappoint early on in Great Midwest competition. Trevecca stormed out of the gate with 13 points in its first six conference matches, producing three wins and four clean sheets. As the calendar flipped to October, the competition became fiercer with the Trojans finishing the month 3-3-2 and securing the Great Midwest's fifth seed. The 2022 season was head coach Kelsey Cameron's sixth 'On the Hill' and she guided the Trojans to at least nine wins for the third time. Cameron led teams have always upheld a winning record in conference play as the 2022 edition won half of its matches finishing 7-4-3. In fact, with the 2-1 win over Lake Erie on September 17, Cameron became the winningest coach in program history, surpassing Brett Armstrong. Senior goalkeeper Delayna Holman secured two Great Midwest Defender of the Week selections as well as one TSWA Player of the Week award for her efforts in net this season. For the year, Holman stopped 68 shots on her way to six clean sheets and a 1.01 GAA mark. A duo of Trojans scored five goals this year in Makena Schlosser and Gigi Ariola while Ryann Anderson and Skye Baun each collected four. Annie Warner added a hattrick of goals and eight other Trojans found the back of the net to equal 29 goals on the season, or the most since the 2018 campaign (30).
