THE MATCH
The first set was determined by an early 7-0 run by Alabama Huntsville to bring the score to 12-4. The Trojans seemed to be lost and couldn't find their rhythm early on. Once they did find it late in the first set, it was too little too late as they dropped the first set, 25-20.
The second set was nearly identical, with the Trojans falling behind early and giving up a 5-0 run to make it 11-4. Trevecca looked outmatched and overwhelmed. Even after taking both of their timeouts. The Trojans were only able to muster 14 points in the second set, falling, 25-14.
History repeated itself in the third set as the Trojans fell behind by a score of 7-2. They would give up another 5-0 run in the middle of the set and would not be able to dig themselves out of the situation, losing the third and final set, 25-15.
