THE MATCH
The Trojans scored a pair of goals in the first and second half. Danyel Joy, unassisted, put the first goal in the back of the net at 3:52, a goal which ended up being the game-winner. Abbigail Legg, assisted by Madison Carby, pushed the Trojan lead to 2-0 with a goal at 34:27. Less than two minutes into the second period, Abbigail Legg and Madison Carby teamed again for the third Trojan tally at 46:46. Makena Schlosser scored unassisted at 55:30 for the final Trojan score.
DETAILS
Delayna Holman (1-1) saved two shots in the win for Trevecca in goal. Tiffin did have an advantage 5-3 on corner kicks, but the Trojans had a 14-10 edge on shots. Only two of the Dragon shots were on goal. Trevecca placed nine of their 14 shots on goal.
WHAT'S NEXT
The Trojans will stay at home to host Findlay on March 20, before hitting the road again to Malone on March 25.
