THE MATCH
After falling short to a late goal on Saturday, the Trojans were looking to spark something as they head into the later part of the season. However, they would leave Ashland with more questions than answers. In the first half, Trevecca would be dominated and would give up two goals while scoring none. Ashland would outshoot Trevecca nine to three, and the shots on goal with five to one also in favor of the Eagles.
The trend of domination would continue in the second half as well, with Ashland tallying two more goals just a minute and 36 seconds apart.
