HOW IT HAPPENED
The last Ohio Valley men's basketball win in Great Midwest play came in Nashville against the Trojans, turned that idea updside down with a 15-6 lead with 14:32 left in the half … OVU answered with a 10-0 run, taking a 16-15 lead … TNU and OVU swapped the lead until TNU pulled ahead 23-21 with 5:05 left in the half, the Trojans built a seven point (31-24) lead with 2:32 left in the half and settled for a 33-30 lead at the break … Trevecca saw their lead cut to one (33-32) after the opening OVU basket of the half, but the Trojans scored the next 16 points to build a 48-32 lead with 14:42 left … Trevecca led by as many as 21 (64-43 / 6:00) and won by 14 (74-60)
