Trevecca faced a 6-0 deficit after the Eagles connected for two home runs in the second inning … Carson-Newman went ahead 10-0 after four-run third inning … the Trojans plated two runs in the fourth behind a Chandler Miller (JR/Marietta, GA) RBI single and John O'Dwyer (JR/Nashville, TN) scoring off a double play … Trojan pitchers allowed five more runs in the fourth and fifth innings combined … Justin Chauvin (SO/Acworth, GA) grounded out to score John Anderson (JR/Nashville, TN) in the sixth and got a pair of runs in the seventh off of singles from Bryant Goolsby (FR/Carthage, TN) and Anderson … CN won 15-5.
