The Trojans took a 6-3 lead before the Panthers tied the match at 7-7 … the team's traded leads before ODU secured a three-point lead at 13-10 and didn't look back … ODU took set one, 25-20 … TNU held a one point lead for much of the beginning of the second set until 11-10 …  the set was tied at 11-11, 12-12 and 14-14 before ODU opened a three-point lead at 19-16 … ODU took set two, 25-19 …  the Trojans only lead in set three was at 1-0 … the difference came at with TNU trailing 17-12, ODU used a 6-0 run to lead 23-12 to put away the set and the match … ODU won the set 25-17.

First, the Trojans battle Hillsdale College (15-6, 12-0 G-MAC) at 6 PM and then host the University of Findlay (17-5, 11-2 G-MAC) at 1 PM on Saturday.
