Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Trevecca Nazarene University men's soccer team (6-9, 4-7 G-MAC) lost 1-0 in one overtime to Alderson Broaddus University (10-5-1, 7-4 G-MAC) at the Trojan Soccer Complex on Saturday.

The Trojans will host Kentucky Wesleyan College on Tuesday at 7 PM in what will be the final home match for the Trojan seniors. The Trojans are 6-1 versus the Panthers, but lost 3-0 in Owensboro, Ky. to KWC on Oct. 1st. Samuel Mummert (SR/Mt. Juliet, TN) and Matthew Dyer (SR/Mt. Juliet, TN) are the Trojans two seniors this year.

Trevecca is 1-3 all-time versus ABU now.

Trevecca produced eight shots in the first half and six more in the second, but could not find the back of the net. Trevecca added one more chance in the overtime, but their 15 tries did not result in the goal they desired.

Alderson Broaddus had no shots in the first and nine in the second. They were unable to connect in regulations, but their 10th shot, in the 93rd minute (93:20) resulted in the game winner. Luis Velasco fed Scott Olano who got the shot past a charging Trevecca keeper Daniel Mudd (JR/Shelbyville, TN) and rolled into the net.

Mudd had two saves, but fell to 3-4 on the year. Richard Lao saved three shots for the Battlers and the team had one save.Â
