Box Score JACKSON, Tenn. - The Arkansas Tech University (10-5) volleyball team defeated the Trevecca Trojans (8-5) in three (25-17, 25-12, 27-25) in the first match for TNU at the Union University Tri-Match. The win for Arkansas Tech avenges an earlier loss to the Trojans this season.

Trevecca immediately returned to the court and are playing Union University at Fred Delay Gym on the Union campus.
Trevecca had one of their lowest attack percentages of the season at .098 (25 K, 14 E, 112 A) for the entire match. Katelyn Atkinson (SO/Hermitage, Tenn.) was dominate with 15 kills and a .316 attack percentage, but no one else on the team had more than three kills. Loren Bennett (JR/Ooltewah, Tenn.) had 21 assists. Only Ashleigh Lozier (FR/Murfreesboro, Tenn.) had double figure digs, with 11.
Arkansas Tech managed a .305 attack percentage with 49 kills and 17 errors in 105 attempts. Trevecca did lead for much of the third set, but Arkansas Tech rallied late and tied the match at 25-25 before easing ahead for the win.ÂÂ
