Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. – One goal was all that separated the Trevecca (2-3) men's soccer team from the Eagles of Asbury University (3-3). The Eagles claimed the 1-0 win Tuesday evening at the Trojan Soccer Complex.

The Trojan's will take the field again in the conference-opener at Cedarville University on Thursday, September 18 at 6:00 p.m. Asbury now holds a 3-1 advantage in the all-time series.

The Trojans outshot Asbury 20-9 with a difference of 14-1 in the second half. Trevecca put 13 of their shots on goal. Jeremiah Wright led the offensive attack for the Trojans with three shots on the frame, while Baylor McKay, Bruno De Moraes, and Liam Roche each had two shots on goal.

Trevecca keeper, Braydon Brown, made five saves in the match.

The Eagles goal came in the 39th minute of the first half when Asbury's shot hit the post, while Brown's diving effort left the goal open for the rebound goal.
