Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Trevecca Nazarene (8-6-1, 5-2 G-MAC) men's soccer team rallied from a 2-0 deficit by scoring three goals in the second half to defeat Kentucky Wesleyan (4-8-2, 2-5 G-MAC) 3-2 Saturday night in a Great Midwest Athletic Conference match at the TNU Soccer Complex.

The win guarantees TNU a spot in the G-MAC Men's Soccer Championships with the top seed still up for grabs between Cedarville University, Trevecca and Davis & Elkins College.

KWC's Christakis Agisilaou scored the first goal of the match in the 17th minute. Ryan Brewer sent a deep pass to a streaking Agisilaou who finished in the right corner of the net.

Seven minutes later, Agisilaou scored again on a breakaway firing a shot into the right corner past Trojans goalkeeper Braydon Brown.

Finding themselves down 2-0 at the start of the second half, Trevecca would rally.

TNU got on the board in the 61st minute as a Jonathan Baskin corner kick was received by Jeremiah Wright who passed to Ryan Hogan for the goal, his first of his career.

Trevecca would tie the match in the 67th minute as Juan Egas dribbled down the baseline and passed to Connor Inman at the top of the box who shot into the right corner for the equalizer.

The comeback victory would be complete in the 79th minute as Rob Ward found Wright for the game-winning goal.

Travis Rowland collected three saves for the Panthers while Brown stopped four of his own.

TNU out-shot KWC 18-13 while both teams each had six corner kicks.

The Trojans' next match comes Oct. 24 at Cedarville University (10-2-3, 4-1-1 G-MAC) in a key conference contest. The Yellow Jackets previously defeated TNU 4-0 back on Sept. 19.
