Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 DECATUR, Ala. - The Trevecca softball team (3-5) continued play Saturday at the Alabama Arctic Blast, but the Trojans lost 3-1 to Campbellsville (7-5) and 5-4 to No. 14 Lindsey Wilson (9-1).

Against Campbellsville, the Trojans jumped on top early, scoring a run in the first inning. But the Tigers tied it in the second, and took the lead with a pair of runs in the third.

Campbellsville pitcher Courtney Turpin held Trevecca at bay, keeping the Trojans off the board until the seventh inning. That's when the Trojans were able to scratch out a run to cut the deficit to 3-2, but couldn't do any more, as the Tigers held on for the win.

Natalie Papini took the loss for Trevecca, allowing three runs (two earned) on four hits, with five strikeouts and five walks. Turpin went the distance for Campbellsville, allowing two runs on eight hits, with three strikeouts and three walks.

The Trojans' eight hits came off the bats of eight different players, with Aubrey Jordan and Breanna Zeis driving in the Trevecca runs.

In the Trojans' matchup with Lindsey Wilson, the Blue Raiders scored twice in the first and once more in the third to take a 3-0 lead. But Trevecca scored four times in the bottom of the third to take a one-run lead, which stood until the fifth, when the Blue Raiders plated two more runs to take a lead they would never relinquish en route to the win.

Cara Law picked up the victory for Lindsey Wilson, while Lauren Baker took the loss for the Trojans. Breanna Zeis drove in two of the Trojan runs, with Aubrey Jordan and Lindsey Stephens notching the other RBI's.
