Box Score LEBANON, Tenn. - The Trevecca volleyball team (7-2), who had won their last seven matches, lost in three to Union University (4-4) in their finale at the Cumberland Classic, 22-25, 24-26, 24-26.

All three sets were tight throughout, but the Bulldogs surged at the close of each set for the win. In the final two sets the Bulldogs were pushed to an extra point, but were able to hold of Trojan rallies in each for the straight sets win.

Halley Wiggins had 24 assists and 13 digs while Brittany Eller posted 11 kills. Eller was the only Trojan with double-figures in kills. Haley White had a team-high 20 digs. As a team Trevecca managed only a .125 attack percentage. Union produced a .194 attack percentage.

Trevecca will hit the road to play the Martin Methodist College RedHawks (-) in Pulaski, Tenn. on Tuesday at 7 p.m. Trevecca's next home match is on Wednesday (9/14) when they host NAIA No. 2 Lee University (4-1) at 6 p.m.
