Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Trevecca men's soccer team (2-1) defeated Brescia University (0-3) 5-1 to wrap up play on the opening day of the 2011 Trevecca Invitational at the Trojan Soccer Complex.
The Trojans poured it on early, scoring twice within the first five minutes of the match. Both goals came off the foot of senior forward
Jordan Enix, the first off a nice feed from Javier Delgao in the 3', and the second unassisted two minutes later. With his two goals tonight, Enix moved into third place on Trevecca's all-time list with 14 goals.
Later in the opening half, freshman midfielder
Donny Maciel scored his first career goal in the 29' off an assist from Enix. Junior midfielder
Dibran Rexhepi capped the Trojans' first half scoring with his fifth career goal in the 42', with the assist going to
Matt Raines.
The Bearcats struck early in the second half, as Nicholas Miller took a feed from William Payne and found the back of the net in the 47' to cut the Trevecca lead to 4-1. That's the way the match remained until freshman midfielder
Connor Inman netted his first career goal in the 70' to provide the final margin.

Hayden Coffman played the first half and earned the victory, while freshman keeper
Braydon Brown came in to play the second half, his first action of the season.
The Trojans will play Covenant College (0-2-1) Saturday at 7 p.m. The Scots battled to a 1-1 draw with Cumberland (1-2-1) in Friday's earlier match. Cumberland and Brescia will play at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
