Box Score LEBANON, Tenn. - The Trevecca volleyball team (16-10, 8-2 TranSouth) completed a season sweep of Cumberland University (9-18, 3-7) Thursday night with a 3-1 (25-16, 26-28, 25-18, 25-18) win at the Dallas Floyd Recreation Center. The Trojans won all three matches against the Bulldogs this season.
The Trojan attack was very solid all night, with the Trojans converting 63 kills and posting a .244 attack percentage for the match.
"We had a solid team hitting percentage and we blocked well," said Head Coach Jayme Crowley. "I'm very pleased to come here and get this win on the road."
Jenna Robertson continued her solid play of late, tallying 17 kills with just four errors, good for a .310 attack percentage. She also added six digs, one solo block, and five block assists.
Brittany Eller was also strong on the attack, adding 16 kills, while chipping in 13 digs, three assists, and two block assists.
"
Halley Wiggins had a great night for us," added Coach Crowley. "She did a great job of leading the team with a lot of positive energy."
Wiggins played another solid all-around match, totaling 48 assists and adding seven kills, 11 digs, and four block assists.
Haley White led the Trojans with 23 digs, while
Kristen Johnson added 13 and
Kirsten Taylor 10.
"This is a nice win, and I'm proud of our effort," said Coach Crowley. "But we must learn to focus consistently no matter the score and finish games out."

The Trojans will travel to Campbellsville University (12-9, 5-1 Mid-South) Tuesday for a 5 p.m. match.
