Box Score NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Trojan volleyball team (14-18, 5-8 TranSouth) dropped a TranSouth match with Union University (19-7,10-1 TranSouth) Tuesday night at Moore gym, falling 21-25, 11-25, 23-25.

The Bulldogs jumped out to an early lead in game one, and despite a late Trojan rally, held on to win 25-21. Union jumped out to a 10-2 lead early in game two and coasted to a 25-11 win and a commanding lead in the match. The Trojans were able to hang around in game three, but again Union kept them at bay, holding on for the 25-23 win.

Cassidy Watkins paced the attack with 12 kills, and added seven digs. Brooke Cannon had 28 assists, and chipped in six digs and two kills.

The Trojans step out of conference Wednesday night with a trip to NAIA #2 Lee University (26-0, 9-0 Southern States) for a 6 p.m. match.
