Trojans Drop Match to Freed-Hardeman

HENDERSON, Tenn. - The Trojan men's soccer team (4-7-1, 0-4 TranSouth) dropped a 7-0 decision to Freed-Hardeman (9-3, 2-2 TranSouth) Friday night.

The Lions scored twice in the opening half, and added five more tallies in the second half for the easy victory. Freed-Hardeman outshot the Trojans 15-10, and got two goals apiece from Simbarashe Zvaita and Kenniel Hyde, with Hyde adding a pair of assists as well.

Next up for the Trojans, a trip to Owensboro, Ky., for a match with Brescia University (4-7-2, 1-2-1 Kentucky Intercollegiate) Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m.
