NAIA #26 Trevecca (33-20, 14-6
TranSouth) dropped game two of the three-game series with Union
University (31-17, 9-10) 6-1 at Fesmire Field on Friday.

In game two, the
Trojans are trailing 3-0, but have Matt Tidwell on first and only one
out in the
top of the fifth inning. Wesley Griggs (6-7) started on the mound for
the Trojans, but was relieved by Drew Durossette when the game resumed
on
Friday. Griggs pitched four innings and allowed three runs on four hits
with two walks
and
three strikeouts. Durossette went two innings and ave up three runs on
four hits, walked one, and struck out one. Marty Parks scored
Trevecca's lone
run when he hit a triple in the sixth and scored on Chris Lowe's
sacrific grounder. Carl Harken (8-3) got the win with 4.1 innings
pitched. He allowed
just two Trojan hits, both to Matt Tidwell. He walked one and stuck out
four. Kevin Kirksey picked up the ball when the game resumed on Friday
and
alled one run on two hits - walked one and stuck out one. ÂÂ
