Tim
Dunn took the ball for the Trojans, and early on, the Trojans geve him
plenty of support. Trevecca scored a run in the bottom of the first,
and two each in the third and fourth inning to stake Dunn to a 5-0
lead. Bethel scored once in the top of the fifth, but the Trojans wade
it 7-1 with a pair of runs in the bottom half of the frame. Trevecca
scored three more in the bottom of the seventh on a Matt Tidwell
three-RBI double with two outs that made the score 10-1. Bethel scored
two runs off Trojans' reliever Brent Amburn in the top of the ninth,
but that was all they could manage as the Trojans took the first game
of the series 10-3.

(19). Chris Lowe was 2-for-4 with a run scored and an RBI (34); and
