NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Trojans (12-7, 3-3) were defeated by preseason TranSouth
favorite Freed-Hardeman (11-6, 7-1 TSAC) 21-25, 25-21, 21-25, 15-24 at Moore Gym.

Freed
pulled ahead late to take the first set, but saw the Trojans even the
match at one apiece with a strong performance in set two. About midway
through the third set the Lions took control of the match with several
long rallies and held on to win 25-21. The Lions would go on to ease
through set four 25-15. The Lions had a team attack percentage of .372
in set four with 18 team kills and only two errors.

Trevecca's
best performance was a .303 attack percentage in set two. Brooke Cannon
led the Trojans with 38 assists, 15 digs, and three service aces.
Teegan Hunziker had 17 kills, but 10 attack errors. Hunziker added 11
digs. Haley White tallied 24 digs.
