Tenn. - Trevecca (8-3, 3-1) defeated the RedHawks of Martin Methodist College (1-7, 1-3) on Thursday in straight sets.
The Trojans came out
strong,and controlled the match throughout, winning the three sets by scores of 25-12, 25-14, and 25-19.
Trevecca will host a
trimatch on Saturday. The first match of the day will feature the
Trojans and the Lyon College Pipers (2-5, 0-3) in a TranSouth
Conference matchup. The Pipers will then take on the Badgers of Spring
Hill College in the middle match of the afternoon, and the Trojans will
take on the Badgers (6-9) in the final match. The matches are scheduled
for Noon, 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. respectively.
