BRISTOL, Tenn. - Trevecca Nazarene University women's golf closed the King University Invitational on Tuesday with the lowest team round in program history, posting a 304 in the final round at the Country Club of Bristol. The Trojans finished second in the 11-team field with a 624 (320-304) on the par-71, 5,882-yard course. The tournament included 60 individuals.
Trevecca's final-round 304 lowered the program record for an 18-hole team score. The previous record was 307, matched during the 2026 Gulf South Conference Championships. The 304 was a 16-stroke improvement from Monday's opening 320 and gave Trevecca a 624 over 36 holes, matching the 36-hole total the Trojans posted at the 2026 GSC Championships.
Gracee Prince led Trevecca and finished tied for fifth with an 11-over-par 153 (80-73). Prince's two-over-par 73 in Tuesday's final round is her low round at Trevecca, lowering the 74 she shot in the final round of The City With Spirit Fall Classic. Prince closed the King Invitational with three birdies in the final round and finished the event with five.
Mattie Goad followed with a tied-for-seventh finish at 154 (80-74). Goad's three-over-par 74 is her low round of the 2026-27 season, improving on the 78 she shot at The City With Spirit Fall Classic. Her Trevecca career low remains the one-under-par 71 she shot at the 2026 GSC Championships. Goad made four birdies at King, including three in Tuesday's final round.
Kamryn Vester gave the Trojans a third top-10 finish, tying for ninth at 155 (78-77). Vester opened with Trevecca's low round Monday, then improved by one stroke Tuesday with a six-over-par 77. The 77 is her low round of the 2026-27 season, while the 155 is her Trevecca career-best 36-hole total, improving on the 156 she posted during the 2025-26 season.
Audrey Reese tied for 22nd with a 162 (82-80). Reese cut two strokes from Monday to Tuesday and added a final-round birdie.
Kaycee Ludick finished 41st with a 174 (87-87). Ludick, who did not play an official round for the Trojans during the 2025-26 season, recorded two birdies during Monday's opening round and established her Trevecca official competition marks for 18 and 36 holes.
Trevecca counted scores of 73, 74, 77 and 80 during Tuesday's record round. The Trojans made nine birdies in the final round after collecting eight Monday, finishing the event with 17. Combined with 19 birdies at The City With Spirit Fall Classic, Trevecca has produced 36 birdies through its first two tournaments of the 2026-27 season.
