OWENSBORO, KY – The Trevecca Nazarene University men's soccer team (5-9-1, 4-7-1 Great Midwest) lost on the road at Kentucky Wesleyan University (7-4-6, 4-4-5 Great Midwest), 1-0, at the Panther Field.
Despite numerous tries, neither team was able to find the back of the net in the first half, leaving the score at 0-0.
That match turned early in the second half when KWC's Matteo Napoletano scored for the Panthers at 57:33, putting host up 1-0.
Adan Gonzalez, Trevecca's keeper, stopped two of the Panthers' three shots on goal in the match and Arthur Hill, the Panthers' goalkeeper, stopped all of the Trojans' shots on goal. Trevecca had 16 total shots, while the Panthers had 12.
The Panthers had five corner kicks to Trevecca's four.

Trevecca return to the Hill on Saturday, October 28th, at 2:30 PM CST to face Thomas More College (8-7-1, 6-5-1 Great Midwest).
