THE SERIES
The Oilers rebound with a win following two consecutive wins by the Trojans in the series. Findlay leads the all-time series 3-2.
THE MATCH
The first goal of the match came off the foot of Nick McCracken off of an assist from Ben Bolinger in the fifth minute of the game. The goal proved to the game-winner, but the day belonged to Oiler David Hug who recorded a hat trick for the Oilers.
The first score for Hug came in the ninth minute of the game. He added two goals in the second half off of assists from Josh Hales in the 82nd and 87th minute respectively.
DETAILS
Andrew Boulton (2-0) picked up the win in goal for the Oilers and did not face a shot on goal by the Trojans
Tyler Delgado (1-4) worked in goal for the Trojans and took the loss. Delgado saved one of the five shots on goal.
WHAT'S NEXT
The Trojans hit the road to visit Lake Erie College next Saturday (March 27). Cedarville University comes to Music City Thursday, April 1 at 4:30 PM. The homestand continues on Saturday, April 3 with Ohio Dominican University #ONtheHILL for a Noon tilt.
