The Trojans jumped out to a 3-1 lead did not surrender the lead until WJC went ahead 8-9 … from there TNU battled back to tie it at 12-12 and secured an 18-15 lead late in the set … the Trojans went up 25-24 and then surrendered three straight points to drop the set … the Trojans again led 3-1 early in the set … WJC tied it at 4-4 and maintained its lead the rest of the way … TNU cut it to one at 10-11, before WJC used a 5-0 run to lead 16-10 … WJC won the second set, 25-16 … TNU once again jumped out to a 3-1 lead until WJC tied it at 5-5 … TNU opened up a three-point lead at 14-11, WJC tied it once more at 16-16 … down 19-23, the Trojans rattled off four straight to tie the match at 23-23 … WJC closed out the set and match off an attacking error by TNU and a kill, 25-23.

Austyn Baldwin (FR/Kingston Springs, TN) led the team with nine kills and a .333 attack percentage … Hannah Bornemann (FR/Oswego, IL) had a team-high 29 assists … Lydia Yonce (FR/Nashville, TN) (14) and Madison Martin (FR/Martinsville, IN) (12) both had double-digit dig totals … Claire Hindman (FR/Westfield, IN) had two of Trevecca's four service aces.
