The Trojans fell 3-0 to the Panthers. ODU's Jonathan Barnes scored in the 10th minute to give the Panthers a 1-0 lead. The score would remain 1-0 at halftime. In the second half, the Panthers scored in the 78th and 80th minute. Trevecca defeated Ohio Dominican 4-1 on Sept. 9. The win for the Panthers was their sixth straight. The Trojans are now in seventh place in the Great Midwest Conference.

This will be the 12th NCAA era meeting between the two teams. TNU and KWC tied 1-1 in Owensboro, KY on Sep. 6. Trevecca leads the all-time series 9-1-1.
