Box Score OWENSBORO, Ky – Richie Reichenberger's goal in the 89th minute lifted the Trevecca (4-1-0) men's soccer team to a 3-2 G-MAC conference win over Kentucky Wesleyan (0-4-0) Tuesday afternoon at Panther Field.
The Panthers took the first lead of the match in the 38th minute when Ryan Brewer found teammate Alex Ashton Zappa.
After the first half, KWC led 1-0 but the Trojans would rally back after the break.
In the 63rd minute Jonathan Baskin scored his seventh goal of the year as he got a shot passed Panthers goalkeeper Bill Ison.
Just three minutes later, defender Rob Ward gave TNU its first lead of the match bringing the score to 2-1.

Kentucky Christian would tie the match, however, in the 68th minute when Zack Duvall found the back of the net against Trojans goalkeeper Braydown Brown.
Then, in the final moments of the match, Reichenberger delivered the game winner.
"The guys showed a lot of unity today in overcoming a team that played defensively. It was good to see them work for 90 minutes to get the win," head coach Danny Leavy said.
Brown saved two shots for TNU while Ison denied four.
Trevecca out-shot Kentucky Wesleyan 18-6 and held a 6-2 advantage in corner kicks.
The Trojans return to the pitch Sept. 14 as they travel to Chicago for a match against Moody Bible Institute.
